One 16″ pizza or two 10″s at once, with 40% more stone floor than the original Dome — enough spare space to fit a tray of vegetables or a smaller cut of meat in alongside the pizza.

One Oven, However You Want to Fire It

Wood for a smokier bake, propane when speed matters, or charcoal for something in between — the Dome (Gen 2) doesn’t lock you into one way of cooking.

Heat That Doesn’t Fade Between Bakes

A 30mm cordierite stone floor and three layers of insulation, housed in a ceramic-coated aluminised steel shell, keep the oven at temperature through back-to-back cooks rather than cooling off after the first one.

A Console That Tells You What’s Happening Inside

The digital display shows air and stone temperatures in real time and reads two meat probes independently, all powered by a rechargeable battery that charges over USB-C.

Flame That Wraps, Not Blasts

Instead of firing from a single burner point, Gozney’s lateral flame moves around the chamber, spreading heat evenly enough to give you a consistently leopard-spotted crust rather than one side darker than the other.

Fix It, Don’t Replace It

Internal parts are designed to be taken out and swapped rather than binning the whole oven when something wears down, and registering within 60 days extends your standard 1-year cover to 5.

Care & Maintenance

For the exterior, use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas, then clean with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Wipe clean with paper towels.

To clean the interior, burn off any food debris or soot at over 350°C — the oven will self-clean after approximately three hours at this temperature. Once cool, use a soft brush to dislodge any remaining debris and a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove it from the oven.
