Orders & Payment

Browse our website, add products to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and payment details to confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

We accept all major UK debit and credit cards, securely processed through Stripe:

We do not accept cheques, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

Yes, completely. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption and are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We never store your card details on our servers.

Safe to shop: Flamezy.shop will never ask for your PIN, full card number, or banking credentials via email or phone.

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your order. If payment is declined, no charge is made and your order will not be confirmed.

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@flamezy.shop. We will do our best to amend or cancel before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched you can return it under our 90-day returns policy once it arrives.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there after 30 minutes, contact us at contact@flamezy.shop with your email address and we will look into it right away.

Yes. Email contact@flamezy.shop with your order number and VAT registration number and we will issue a formal VAT invoice promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders over £100 — Free standard UK delivery
  • Orders under £100 — £19.99 flat-rate delivery charge

The rate is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. No hidden fees.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days from dispatch — typically 3–6 business days from order date.

ℹ️ During busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

We deliver via Royal Mail and FedEx UK. The courier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification email.

Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference in your dispatch email:

We currently deliver to UK addresses only — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.

The courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. If the parcel is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to rearrange.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law always apply.

Email contact@flamezy.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with authorisation and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@flamezy.shop with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

You won't be out of pocket. For damaged or faulty items, we cover all return shipping costs.

Email contact@flamezy.shop with your order number and a photo. We will collect the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one at no extra cost to you.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The quickest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Warranty

Yes. As an authorised dealer, all products are genuine and eligible for the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty periods vary by brand and are detailed in the documentation included with your item.

Email contact@flamezy.shop with the subject "Warranty Claim", your order number, product name, and photos of the fault. We coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. They do not usually cover accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Please still get in touch. Depending on the fault and when the product was purchased, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will always assess your situation and advise on the best options.

No. You can purchase as a guest without registering. Creating an account lets you track orders, view your order history, and check out faster in future.

Go to My Account at the top of the website and click "Lost your password?". Enter your email address and we will send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

We collect only the data needed to process your order and provide support. We will never sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

Do not click any links or provide personal details. Flamezy.shop will never ask for your password, full card number, or banking credentials by email or phone. Forward it to contact@flamezy.shop so we can investigate.
