A 30mm removable cordierite stone floor holds heat and recovers quickly between bakes, while three layers of insulation and a ceramic-coated aluminized steel shell keep temperatures steady, bake after bake.

A built-in digital console reads air and floor temperature in real time, runs a cook timer, and tracks two cuts of meat at once through the twin probes — all powered by a rechargeable, swappable USB-C battery.

Care & Maintenance

For the exterior, use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas, then clean with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Wipe clean with paper towels.

To clean the interior, burn off any food debris or soot at over 350°C — the oven will self-clean after approximately three hours at this temperature. Once cool, use a soft brush to dislodge any remaining debris and a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove it from the oven.
