• £500 – £999 — 5% off standard retail prices
• £1,000 – £2,499 — 10% off standard retail prices
• £2,500 – £4,999 — 15% off standard retail prices

Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your business needs.

• Payment on order — standard payment is taken at the time of order via credit/debit card or Stripe
• Proforma invoice — for new wholesale accounts, we may require payment before dispatch for the first 1–2 orders
• Net 30 terms — available for established wholesale accounts with a proven trading history and subject to credit approval
• Bank transfer — BACS or Faster Payments accepted for wholesale orders

Shipping & Delivery

We offer competitive shipping rates for wholesale orders and free delivery on qualifying orders.

• Free shipping on all wholesale orders over £100 (excl. VAT)
• Standard delivery — 2–4 business days from dispatch
• Express delivery — available at an additional cost; please contact us for a quote
• Palletised deliveries — for very large orders, pallet delivery may be arranged; pricing is based on order volume and location
• Delivery to UK addresses only — we currently do not offer international wholesale shipping

Returns & Warranty for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to our standard returns policy with the following additional considerations:

• 90-day return window for faulty or defective items
• Full manufacturer warranty applies to all products
• Restocking fees — returns for non-faulty items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Change-of-mind returns — accepted within 30 days, subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs
• Bespoke or special-order items — may not be eligible for return; this will be confirmed at the time of order
