The Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2) Essentials Bundle keeps things simple: the largest oven in the Dome range, the purpose-built Dome Gen 2 Series Stand to put it on, and the Pro Placement Peel – Large to get pizzas in and out. No Cover, Door or Mantel to think about — just the two things almost everyone needs from day one.

It’s the same three-fuel, three-pizza oven as the Ultimate Bundle, minus the extras — a good fit if you’d rather add the Cover, Door, Mantel and Wood-Fire Control Kit later, on your own schedule, than pay for them up front. The oven’s full hardware kit and a Quick Start Guide are already in the box.

Wood, Charcoal or Gas — Swap as You Go

Run it on wood for a smokier bake, propane for speed, or charcoal in between, all without changing ovens. If you later want finer control over a wood or charcoal burn, the Wood-Fire Control Kit can be added on separately.

Insulated Like the Pros, Built for the Garden

A 30mm cordierite stone floor and three layers of insulation sit inside a ceramic-coated aluminised steel shell, giving this oven the same heat-holding ability as the ones used in professional kitchens.

The dock’s digital display shows air and stone temperature as you cook, and two independent meat probes mean you can track two different cuts at the same time, all on a battery that recharges via USB-C.

A Curve of Flame, Not a Blast

Gozney’s lateral flame moves around the chamber rather than firing from a single point, spreading heat evenly enough to produce a consistently leopard-spotted crust rather than a scorched patch on one side.

Parts That Can Be Fixed, Not Just Replaced

Internal components are designed to come apart and go back together, so a worn part can be swapped rather than the whole oven binned. Register within 60 days and your cover moves from 1 year to 5.

Care & Maintenance

For the exterior, use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas, then clean with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Wipe clean with paper towels.

To clean the interior, burn off any food debris or soot at over 350°C — the oven will self-clean after approximately three hours at this temperature. Once cool, use a soft brush to dislodge any remaining debris and a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove it from the oven.
