Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods to make checkout as convenient as possible. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment gateway provider.
All major UK debit and credit cards are accepted. We do not currently accept cheques, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency as payment methods.

All payment transactions on Flamezy.shop are handled by Stripe Payments UK Ltd, one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. We take the security of your financial information extremely seriously.
Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on Flamezy.shop are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP — £) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UK tax regulations.
- Prices are final at checkout — the price you see at the point of payment is the amount you will be charged
- Free UK shipping is applied automatically to all eligible orders — no hidden delivery charges
- VAT is included in all displayed prices unless otherwise stated
- Promotional prices are valid only during the stated offer period and may be withdrawn at any time
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — in the event of a genuine error, we will contact you before processing the order
When Your Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. We do not operate a deferred payment or deposit system. By completing checkout, you authorise Flamezy.shop and Stripe to charge the full order amount to your chosen payment method.
- Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you once payment has been successfully processed
- If payment fails, your order will not be placed and you will be prompted to try again or use an alternative payment method
- Failed payment attempts are not charged — any pending holds placed by your bank are typically released within 3–5 business days
Order Confirmation & Receipts
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.

Failed & Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed or processed. There are several common reasons a payment may be declined:
- Insufficient funds on the card or account
- Incorrect card details entered at checkout (card number, expiry date, or CVV)
- Card expired or blocked by your bank
- Bank security restrictions — some banks block online or international transactions by default
- 3D Secure verification not completed — your bank may require additional authentication
If your payment is declined, we recommend contacting your bank in the first instance. You are also welcome to try an alternative payment method at checkout. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.
Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our platform, Flamezy.shop and Stripe carry out routine security and fraud prevention checks on all transactions. These checks are automated and typically do not cause any delay to your order.
- Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for manual review before processing
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably suspect involves fraudulent activity, without obligation to provide a reason

- Any confirmed fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We always encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

- Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in your account being suspended pending investigation
- Fraudulent chargeback claims — filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction is considered fraud and may be pursued accordingly
- We will respond to all chargeback disputes raised through Stripe with full transaction evidence where applicable
Refunds & Billing Adjustments
Where a refund is approved in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the return being received and approved
- Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, account, or payment method
- Partial refunds may be issued where only part of an order is returned or where a partial resolution is agreed
- Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part

VAT & Tax Information
Flamezy.shop operates in accordance with UK tax regulations. All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
