Gozney Tread Peak Bundle – The Complete Kit for Life on the Move

The Gozney Tread Peak Bundle is the full accessory system built around the Tread oven: the Venture Stand and Venture Bag for getting there and setting up, the Roof Rack and Mantel for a genuine working surface once you’ve arrived, and the Venture Placement and Turning Peels so loading and turning pizza is never a fight with your hands.

Tread itself runs on propane, reaches its 500°C cooking temperature in around 15 minutes, and turns out a 12″ pizza with Gozney’s signature lateral rolling flame. This bundle just means you’re never improvising the rest of the setup — everything you’d want at a campsite, beach or tailgate is already accounted for.

Two Peels, No Guesswork Loading or Turning

The Venture Placement Peel gets raw pizza onto the stone cleanly, while the Venture Turning Peel makes rotating it mid-bake straightforward — both sized specifically for Tread’s 12″ cooking floor rather than a generic peel that’s the wrong shape for the job.

A Prep Surface That Sets Up in Seconds

The Roof Rack connects quickly and securely to Tread and includes a removable fibreboard cutting board — use it to slice ingredients or serve straight from the oven, then lift the board away to rest hot cast iron directly on the aluminium base underneath.

An Extension of the Oven Itself

The Mantel sits at the doorway as a heat-resistant ledge, built from ceramic-coated die-cast aluminium and 304 stainless steel — a place to rest a dish, rotate cast iron safely, or keep sides warm without needing extra table space.

Still Ready to Cook in About 15 Minutes

None of the extra kit changes what Tread does best — it still reaches its 500°C cooking temperature from cold in around 15 minutes, running on propane through the same lateral rolling flame used across Gozney’s range.

One Bag for the Core of the Kit

The Venture Bag is built to carry the oven itself securely between locations, so the heaviest, most awkward part of the setup is never loose in the boot.

Care & Maintenance

For the exterior of Tread, ensure the oven is cool and use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas. Clean with warm, soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive cloth, then wipe clean with paper towels.

The best way to clean the inside of Tread is to burn off any food debris or soot left behind. When the oven exceeds 500°C it will begin self-cleaning, and any burnt-on food will burn off after approximately three hours.
