Underneath, a 30mm cordierite stone floor and three layers of insulation inside a ceramic-coated aluminised steel shell do the same job as the ovens used in professional kitchens — holding temperature steady, cook after cook, not just for the first few bakes.

Track Every Cook Without Lifting a Lid

The dock’s digital display reads air and stone temperature continuously, runs a built-in timer, and feeds live readings from two separate meat probes — all on a rechargeable battery you can swap out in seconds if it runs low mid-cook.

A Flame Engineered for Consistency

Rather than firing from a single point, Gozney’s lateral flame sweeps laterally around the chamber, which is what stops you getting a scorched patch on one side and a pale one on the other — the result is an even, leopard-spotted crust across the whole base.

Care & Maintenance

For the exterior, use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas, then clean with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Wipe clean with paper towels.

To clean the interior, burn off any food debris or soot at over 350°C — the oven will self-clean after approximately three hours at this temperature. Once cool, use a soft brush to dislodge any remaining debris and a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove it from the oven.
