Flamezy.shop operates as an authorised dealer and reseller of all brands featured on our website. Our wholesale programme is open to approved business customers who wish to purchase products in larger quantities for the purpose of resale, commercial use, or trade supply.
All wholesale pricing, terms, and arrangements are agreed individually and are not published on our public website.
Who Can Apply for a Wholesale Account
Our wholesale programme is designed for legitimate businesses and trade professionals operating within the United Kingdom.

Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities
Wholesale pricing is not displayed publicly. Prices are agreed individually with each partner based on products, volumes, and the nature of the trading relationship.
- Wholesale prices are agreed at account setup and are subject to periodic review
- Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be confirmed during the application process
- Pricing is exclusive of VAT for VAT-registered businesses — a VAT invoice is provided with every order
- Promotional pricing offered to retail customers may not automatically apply to wholesale orders
- Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice
Payment Terms
All wholesale orders are subject to payment terms set out in your wholesale agreement. Standard terms for new accounts are outlined below.

Shipping & Delivery for Wholesale Orders
Delivery terms for wholesale orders are agreed individually and may differ from our standard retail shipping policy. Large or bulk orders may require alternative courier arrangements or pallet delivery.
- Shipping costs will be quoted at the time of ordering and confirmed on your invoice
- Free shipping thresholds applicable to retail orders may not apply to all wholesale orders
- Lead times for large orders may be longer than standard retail dispatch timelines
- Delivery to a single UK address is standard — multi-site deliveries can be discussed for suitable volumes
- Risk of loss transfers to the wholesale partner upon delivery to the confirmed address
Returns & Defective Products
Wholesale returns are handled differently to our standard retail returns policy.
Defective or Damaged Goods
- Inspect all goods upon delivery — visible damage or shortfalls must be noted on delivery documentation at the time of receipt
- Report defects within 48 hours of delivery — claims raised after this period may not be accepted for transit damage
- Photographic evidence of damaged or defective items must be provided with your order reference
- Approved defective claims will be resolved by replacement, credit note, or refund at our discretion
Change-of-Mind Returns
- Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted for wholesale orders
- All return requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis
- A restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging in fully resaleable condition
Brand & Resale Compliance
As an authorised dealer, we are bound by the resale and brand compliance guidelines set by each manufacturer. All wholesale partners must agree to adhere to these guidelines as a condition of their account.
- Authorised resale only — products may only be resold through channels agreed with Flamezy.shop and in compliance with the manufacturer's authorised dealer network
- Brand presentation — products must be marketed and sold in a manner consistent with the brand's guidelines
- No unauthorised modifications — products must not be altered, rebranded, or sold under any name other than the manufacturer's brand
- Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies — some brands enforce MAP policies. Partners must not advertise or sell below the manufacturer's stated minimum price
- Online marketplace restrictions — certain brands restrict sales through platforms such as Amazon or eBay. Partners must respect these restrictions
Confidentiality
All wholesale pricing, terms, and account details are strictly confidential. By entering into a wholesale agreement, both parties agree to treat all commercially sensitive information as confidential.
- Wholesale pricing must not be disclosed to any third party, including retail customers or competitor businesses
- Account terms and conditions are specific to each partner and must not be shared
- Business information shared during the application or trading process will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR obligations
Account Suspension & Termination
Flamezy.shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale account where a partner is found to be in breach of these terms. Grounds for suspension or termination may include:
- Consistent late or non-payment of invoices
- Breach of brand resale or MAP compliance guidelines
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive conduct
- Failure to provide requested documentation or misrepresentation of business details
- Reputational risk to Flamezy.shop or any brand we represent
In the event of termination, any outstanding invoices become immediately payable in full. We will provide written notice where possible.
Changes to This Policy
Flamezy.shop reserves the right to update this Wholesale Policy at any time. Any changes that affect existing wholesale partners will be communicated in writing with reasonable advance notice. Continued trading after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
