- Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:
- Your order was delivered within the last 30 days.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered.
- The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
- The return request is made after 30 days from delivery (except for warranty claims).

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email support@flamezy.shop or use our live chat. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (and packaging if damaged).
Step 2 – Return Authorization
If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide the return address. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Step 3 – Packaging Your Return
Pack the product carefully in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective packaging. Attach the return label provided.
Step 4 – Shipping Your Return
Ship via a trackable courier to avoid loss. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to defect, damage, or our error.
Step 5 – Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the item and notify you by email about approval or denial.
- Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and credited to your original payment method. If returning due to change of mind or wrong order, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty does NOT cover:

How to claim warranty:
