At Flamezy, we understand that sometimes plans change. We’ve made our order cancellation process simple and transparent.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, you will need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy once the order arrives.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation:
Contact us immediately at support@flamezy.shop or via our live chat.
Provide your order number and request for cancellation.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed time, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If the order has already been dispatched, shipping fees cannot be refunded, and you must return the product in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Special Notes
Customised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Orders placed during high-demand sale events may be processed immediately, reducing the available cancellation window.
